Function:

1. Pre-wetting

Before applying the next shell layer, wax trees are pre-wetted using a transfer robot. This procedure is typically performed alongside the line-shift process. 

Steps:

(1) Pick up wax trees from the drying line;
(2) Pre-wet the wax trees;
(3) Hang wax trees on a different drying line or return them back to the orginal drying line.

2. Line-shift

The line-shift procedure is performed by the Transfer Robot, which automates line transfer and reduces labor. It is good choice for investment casting foudry.
