Item 1. 4 head horizontal back twist pay off
4 head horizontal back twist pay off, deploy the four head by using the centerline, gear type synchronously drive, one motor drive four flyer, synchronized with the take up rotation.

Item 2. Wire collecting stand
horizontal wire collection stand used for set collection board and side taping heads. Tool case in the rack, convenient for the operator. Collecting board, and collecting die are adjust table for different cable size. Pneumatic wire clamp avoid core wire backward when machine stop, machine start clamp auto open.

Item 3. 450 active longitudinally tape pay off
Active tape pay off, stable tension from empty tape pad to full tape pad, digital display the pay off tension, can used for Alu-foil tape, copper foil tape, mica tape, PE tape, fire resistant tape, paper type, and other tapes.

Item 4. Pre-twister:
function: after the wire get into the pre-twister, longitudinal taping formed, makes the longitudinal taping more tight; RPM same with main twister, ensure protect the center taping free of damage; given same complements to the main twister, make the twist pitch more stable.

Twisting arm: hollow Aluminum cantilever flyer type, light weight design, small wind resistance, high rotation speed; 3 pc Ф210 wire trough pulleys fixed on the cantilever arm and twisting arm, bend small while change direction, so the property of the products turn out to be very steady.
Traverse: shaft moving type, take up point do not move, shaft move from left to right traverse and take up. Traverse pitch and range can be set based on the cable size. Traverse power 0.75KW gear motor drive the precise ball screw traverse rod move, traverse rod drive the rack.
Take up: differential type take up, 3.7KW motor drive the gear box, gear box drive the take up shaft. Take up speed controlled by PLC controller, achieve stable take up speed and twisting.
Twist pitch: electronic digital control, 30-200mm, can be set directly on HMI.
Brake: air compression disc brake, auto brake when in an emergency, can adjust brake time by changing  air pressure.
