A: For customized parts, it's generally 30-45 days. For off-the-shelf products, it's 15 to 20 days.

A: Before shipment we will confirm with you about all the details including CI and other attention issues. After ship out, we will inform you of the tracking number and keep updating the latest shipping information for you.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?
A: Yes for sure. For heavy weight products, the courier fee is to be borne by the customer.

A: T/T 30% on order, 70% on sight of copies of BOL. Or 100% L/C at sight.
